Kimmy Conder

I was born and raised in Thurmont, Maryland where my parents taught my sisters and I how to hunt and fish. I graduated from Governor Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick Maryland. After graduation, I started my family and a career in the Montgomery County, Circuit Court in Rockville Maryland. I have two sons, Justin and Bradley. After a 20 year career in the County Court system, we decided to investigate Southern Missouri where we decided on and moved to Willow Springs MO in 2004. I worked at the Willow Springs School District as a secretary for the Special Education Department for eight years. After my youngest son graduated from high school I moved back to Maryland for family reasons. I met Solomon Cornelius broker/owner of Willow Springs Realty LLC and moved back to Willow Springs, the energy of our office environment inspired me to become a real estate agent. I enjoy friends, family, meeting new people and traveling the area that is so beautiful. It is a fulfilling career knowing that you are a part of the biggest investment of our lives, our homes and properties.
