I try to make the process as stress free as possible, and although I am very serious about the work I do for you, I am a lighthearted happy person and like to make it an enjoyable process as well. My broad market perspective, advanced negotiation skills, and thoughtful approach put you in good hands when buying or selling in the Ozarks. Having represented numerous area property owners , I am committed to listening to my clients' needs, providing strong communication, and being there for you through every step of the process to ensure a successful transaction. As your real estate agent, I will be an advocate for you, whether you are buying or selling.
There's no place else quite like the Missouri Ozarks, and I consider owning property here to be a privilege. I love this area and once I show you around, I'm convinced you will love it too and want to plant roots of your own!
In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends which include my Fiance' Roger, my Daughter Megan, and 3 lovely grandchildren. I love entertaining, kayaking the North Fork of the White River and the Buffalo River, gardening, photographing our beautiful area, deer hunting, camping, and fishing among other things. I entered the real estate industry in 2008. In 2011 and until 2024, I was co-owner of my own independent firm. In 2024 I decided to simplify and just list and sell real estate for someone else, so I joined Monark Realty. As a result, the owners opened a West Plains Branch exactly where I have been for 13 years! Same location, different name! I look forward to working with you!
